The most impressive brutalist penthouse of Belgium is being restored and near completion to its former rugged glory. The view over the city of Antwerp is framed within the concrete panes of this architectural masterpiece.
The owner and Glenn Sestig have a shared passion for the original design by Léon Stynen and Paul De Meyer.

This transformation of a 1960's residence combines massive building blocks with transparent, seemingly floating cantilevers. The existing character of the house is transformed to create a stronger domesticity and an even more horizontal architecture.
It reminds of the work of Frank Lloyd Wright whose domestic architecture reflects the integration of home and nature.
The architecture creates and guides vistas over the surrounding area of outstanding natural beauty, enhanced by Wirtz International.

The shores of the picturesque 'Leie' in Sint-Martens-Latem are probably among the most desired locations in the Flemish country to create a home.
This strong design refers to a modernist pavilion in which structural elements, such as cantilevers and a rhythm of columns, are composed into pure piece of architecture.

Located on a southwest-facing plot, in the midst of the woods of Antwerp, this residence with internal courtyard addresses the challenge of the restricted building area on the large plot.
The brief of the owner contained a full family residence along with an underground private bar, home cinema, swimming pool and spa area.
